Description

Primary Impact Crusher has a high crushing capacity thanks to its unique crushing chamber design. The crushing process is carried out by the force generated by the crushing of the fed material against the crushing walls of the rotor pallets. The parts exposed to this force are crushed and again exposed to the movement of the rotor pallets and are subjected to this process until they reach the desired size. The positions of the impact walls can be adjusted easily with the help of hydraulic cylinders according to the desired product size. Crusher body is manufactured as two independent parts and the upper body is articulated from the rear of the lower body. Thus, the upper body can be opened easily with the help of hydraulic cylinders during maintenance. There is a lock piece to ensure that the body that is open during maintenance is fixed. Primary Impact Crusher is highly preferred in non-hard and less abrasive mines, limestone and gypsum production facilities, crushing and screening facilities due to its high size reduction ratio and high performance. This type of mines can be easily crumbled under the effect of the impact force, high efficiency is achieved. Primary Impact Crusher is specially designed against instantaneous impacts as a working system. The rotor, which is driven by a belt-pulley mechanism and a powerful electric motor, has a high amount of kinetic energy. The pallets on the rotor transfer this kinetic energy to the fed material as impact force. With the effect of this impact force, the material moves towards the pendulums at a very high speed and this force is damped by the pendulum and the pendulum mechanism.
