Horizontal Screen is a combination of quality, reliability and performance. Provides long service life when operating in the most demanding applications. The elliptical motion of the screen is combined with high acceleration, resulting in more power than conventional screen. PROSCREEN-H series horizontal screens are ready to be called the new name of performance in crushing and screening plants. This horizontal vibrating screen, which we have developed in accordance with the latest technology, has two separate drive systems, one at the top and one in the middle. These drive systems rotate in opposite directions to each other. Thus, an elliptical movement occurs. This elliptical movement allows the fed material to move forward with an elliptical movement on the horizontally positioned panel. Thus, the classification process takes place. There are mechanisms that are the center of housing and eccentricity, which we call vibrobox, at both ends of the drive systems of horizontal screens. These vibrobox mechanisms are driven by two electric motors placed on one side of the screen body. This movement is transmitted to the mechanism on the other side by the cardan shaft extending along the body. The vibration amplitude of the screen can be easily adjusted by changing the positions of the eccentric weights in these mechanisms.
