By-Pass Grizzly Rock Feeders can easily deliver any size material, from very large size blasted in quarries to extremely small stream material, to the crusher in front of it. The materials that are not wanted to enter the crusher are by-passed between the grids. The distance between grids can be changed easily. Thus, the product size to be bypassed is also adjusted. Suitable for Heavy Conditions It can be adapted to work with high abrasive material in heavy conditions. All surfaces of the feeder that can come into contact with the material are covered with removable hardox plates. In addition, the skirt part of the bunker can be arranged as a stone box in order to prevent a high speed drop from the bunker on it to the feeder surface. Different Units It can be used with Impact or Jaw Type Primary crushers, mobile or fixed units. However, they are used together with Heavy Duty Primary Rock Bunkers with volumes between 15m³ - 100m³. Changes can be made to the bunker volume according to need.
