The Productive Systems is fully-automated spinning length wise wrapping unit has been customized and built ideally for large and uncertain package loads like Empty plastic bottles, glass bottles, carton boxes. The powerful and durable wrapping unit comprises of a wrapping head which revolves around stationary load product. Motorized wrapping head film involuntarily senses height of the package with a flexible pre-stretch of wrapping film interfacing with a choice of pallet conveyors. Safety precautions of personnel and product like film roll and film break has an automated warning system which has a Clamp Mechanism Cut-Off and weld system. A clear-cut and advanced operator control as most of the functionality is in fully-automated order. An operator is needed only to change the roll of film or to solve a problem when a warning signal is indicated.
