Tank disinfection module Aquasafe is ready for operation after filling the tank with water. Automatic switching on of the UV lamp activates it and ensures the continuity of UV disinfection during water consumption. In the absence of consumption, the lamp is automatically switched off, thus protecting the power supply system from discharging. It is automatically restarted when water consumption resumes. The applied control system allows for setting the appropriate time delay for starting the lamp, which protects it from frequent and short-term switching on. A signalling system consisting of three lights in different colours is installed at the test taps, which informs whether the water is suitable for direct consumption, after boiling, or whether it is necessary to wait for the lamp to heat up.
Construction of the disinfection module
The individual elements of the module installation are equipped with a drain system ensuring drainage of the installation in the winter. The doors have a key lock which protects the system against unauthorized interference. Both the installation and the housing of the disinfection module Aquasafe They are made of stainless steel with internal insulation. A special socket is led out of the housing to allow charging of batteries and there is also an inspection installed, which allows periodic replacement of the radiators without having to dismantle the lamp.
