Even at low flows, MAGDOS pumps are characterized by high flexibility in setting the capacity. They have double ball valves that ensure the accuracy of media dosing with a viscosity of up to 300 mPa•s, while in the case of dosing media with higher viscosity, spring valves are used.
The stroke of the diaphragm in the pump is forced by an electromagnet. The lack of gears and other rotating elements reduces the failure rate of pumps as well as the frequency of inspections and maintenance.
In the pumps MAGDOS the pumping element is a membrane, which ensures the tightness of the system during operation (this is especially important when dosing harmful or aggressive media) and is resistant to abrasive media.

MAGDOS pumps are made of metal whereas the pump elements that come into contact with the dosed medium (including the head, seals, hose connectors) are available in various material versions, depending on the intended use – PVC, PP, PVDF and stainless steel 1.4571.
MAGDOS pumps are available with graphic display with multilingual menu and integrated keyboard. Optionally, they can also have an Ethernet interface enabling control of, among others, stroke frequency, number of strokes, working time. The pumps also have password protection and a calibration function and an ECO mode to save battery life.
