Membrane MEMDOS dosing pumps with motor drive are distinguished by their high quality and reliable dosing. The media are dosed very precisely thanks to the robust drive with manual or automatic regulation. MEMDOS pumps operate with an efficiency from 4 l/h (at back pressure up to 16 bar) up to 1020 l/h (with counter-pressure up to 3 bar) and depending on the functions they have, they can be available in three versions.
MEMDOS pumps are characterized by high flexibility in setting the capacity from 0 to 100%. They have double ball valves that ensure the accuracy of media dosing with a viscosity of up to 300 mPa•s, while in the case of dosing media with higher viscosity, spring valves are used.
The MEMDOS pump motor drive allows for operation up to 1020 l/h. As standard, the pumps are equipped with a motor with a 400/230 V AC, 50 Hz power supply, while in the case of MEMDOS LB pumps, it is possible to select a different AC motor. The pump diaphragm stroke is forced by an electromagnet. The lack of gears and other rotating elements reduces the failure rate of the pumps as well as the frequency of inspections and maintenance.
In the pumps MEMDOS the pumping element is a membrane, which ensures the tightness of the system during operation (this is especially important when dosing harmful or aggressive media) and is resistant to abrasive media. It is also possible to equip the device with a double membrane, providing protection against uncontrolled leakage of the medium in the event of the dosing membrane wearing out.
