Membrane MEMDOS SMART dosing pumps Thanks to the innovative drive, they enable dosing of even the smallest volumes with high accuracy. These pumps operate asynchronously, adjusting the speed of the pressing stroke to the desired dose size. They thus enable uniform and pulsation-free dosing. MEMDOS SMART pumps are available in four different versions depending on the functions they have, and each can operate with a capacity of from 2.4 l/h (at back pressure up to 20 bar) up to 30.7 l/h (with back pressure up to 3 bar).
Even at low flow rates, MEMDOS SMART pumps are characterized by high flexibility in performance setting. They are driven by a stepper motor and have double ball valves, which ensures precise dosing of media with a viscosity of up to 300 mPa•s. For dosing media with higher viscosity, spring valves are used and a special slow operation mode is dedicated to them.
The MEMDOS SMART pump drive is microprocessor-controlled and fully adjustable. A stepper motor with a wear-free gear rotor ensures a particularly gentle dosing process.
In the pumps MEMDOS SMART the pumping element is a membrane, which ensures the tightness of the system during operation (this is especially important when dosing harmful or aggressive media) and is resistant to abrasive media.
