- Humidity removal through gas cooling - Condensate water collection and disposal - Biogas boosting and re-heating SDB biogas conditioning packages consist of all the standard key-components for biogas drying, boosting, and condensate removal, and are supplied as ready-to-install skid-mounted package units. Biogas is cooled to a temperature low enough to make water vapour condensate into water, containing some contaminants dangerous for the downstream equipment as well. Condensed water is collected and discharged by means of a cyclonic knock-out drum, whereas dried gas enters a built-in blower unit feeding the cogeneration unit(s).
