The unit consists of a stainless steel vessel with removable lid and flanged connections to process, and a set of cartridges (ceramic candles) which retains oversized particles contained in the biogas flow. The cartridges can be easily removed for routine cleaning with compressed air and put back again in their housing for reuse.
