- Concentric tubes design - Heating of raw/recirculated sludge - Modular construction SCP type "tube-in-tube" heat exchangers are used to heat sludge before its recirculation and feeding into anaerobic digesters. Several modules are connected one after the other by return bends until their combined length provides the capacity needed. Each heat exchanger is supplied with supporting steel frame and insulation. Design and lay-out selection are made on a case-by-case basis according to given sludge flow and inlet/outlet temperatures.
