They are extremely simple and sturdy machines, easy to install on thanks to their compactness and they are very easy to operate.
The B360E is made up of the following elements :
A steel frame supporting both the pellet mill body and the electric drive motor. This frame is set on 4 anti-vibratory mountings,
The pellet mill body made up of a generously dimensioned cast-iron casing in which is assembled a pair of spiro-conical gears working in oil bath and held by roller bearings,
The compression unit is made up of horizontal die fastened by a quick-removal flange to the special mushroom-shaped die-holder and turning around the 2 fixed compression rolls held by the central and upper followers. A feed bowl above the die ensures that the product is gravity fed into the die. The 2 rolls mounted on eccentric can be easily adjusted by means of positioning screws,
A pellet reception casing equipped with 2 adjustable pellet cutting devices then ensures discharge of the finished product.
The pellets must then be conveyed to a cooling unit before screening and bulk storage or bagging.
The B360 version differs from the B360E version on account of the slightly greater admissible power. This is expressed by assembly on the B360 model of a die and rolls with a considerably higher working height.
