Granulator 1000 series

They are all made up of a strong cut-and-welded steel frame supporting the V-belt drive wheel, the shaft and the die-holder plate. The driving motor is fastened to a support bracket mounted on the right or on the left of the frame. The die rotating speed can be easily modified by changing the motor drive pulley. The die mounted on its support plate can be quite easily dismantled by unclamping its fixing flange. The two rolls are adjustable by means of micrometer screws allowing them to be brought as close as possible from the die. All the rotating parts of this series of pellet mills can be lubricated while running through the back of the pellet mill. The product arriving via the variable speed feed screw drops into the single rotor mixer equipped with all the devices needed to incorporate molasses, steam, water, grease, etc... Specially disposed trapdoors give full access to the interior of the mixer. On models 1003, 1004 and 1005, the mild steel metal mixer has a diameter of 300 mm. On the 1006 model, the stainless steel mixer has a diameter of 400 mm. The stainless steel feed chute fitted with magnets ensures perfect introduction of the product into the die. The series 1006 pellet mills have in addition a forced screw device, electric motor and belt transmission slaved to the feeder.
