Inflatable jack, or lifting bag, is a pneumatic system made of elastomers or plastomers.
Filled with air, water or oil, these products are typically mounted in industrial automation systems to push, press, guide, clamp, lock, dampen, lift and handle.
When deflated, the cylinders return to their original shape, and because of their small empty thickness, they can be easily integrated into tight spaces. For example, they can be integrated into presses, molds, conveyors, handling robots or lifting tables.
Like flange cylinders, they are available in double and triple bellows versions.
Depending on the available space and shape, flexible cylinders can have different shapes. There are annular, square, rectangular, circular and special shaped jacks.
We choose the material of our products so that it is suitable for its environment of use. We customize each lifting bag in terms of size, shape and material.
Our inflatable jack is the ideal solution for applications that require a high lifting force at a defined height. They are virtually maintenance-free.
