The VTR inflatable jacks allow the adjustment of the height of the windings of the transformers. Indeed, during the assembly of the transformer, and at the end of the winding drying phase, it is sometimes necessary to adjust the height of the windings. When they are empty, the lifting bags are thin and flexible. It is then very easy to slide them between the windings. Once inflated with air, they gently lift the coil without deforming it. The operator can insert or remove the shims to adjust the height of the coil. This transformer winding adjustment system is an alternative to the traditional hammer wedge. It not only saves time but also prevents damage to the coil. Our pneumatic inflatable jacks are custom made to fit your needs.
