Description

Inflatable Jacks are the ideal solution for applications that require a high lifting force to be applied at a defined height. This lifting bag has a lifting capacity of up to several dozen tons. Moreover, it can be inflated with air, water or oil. This range of inflatable jack has an inflation pressure that can go beyond 10 BAR. These flexible cylinders can be used for different functions: pushing, lifting, directing, clamping or sealing. Thanks to our know-how, we can produce special inflatable jacks with custom-made dimensions, resulting in specially shaped flexible cylinders. The fields of application are very numerous: packaging, steel industry, energy, construction, chemistry, filtration or general mechanics… We adapt the characteristics of the flexible lifting bag to your constraints: dimensions, thrust force, pressure, displacement stroke and working environment. With a small empty thickness, the jack can be integrated in any type of space, even the most cramped. Discover some examples of applications of the PRONAL inflatable jack. Advantages Handy to use Single air inlet Fast inflation Material that adapts to irregular surfaces Efficiency Thin when deflated Small size Sealed (rubber) contact zones Manutention No mechanical parts No maintenance Long service life Detailed information If you are looking for a different solution other than the jacks presented here (square, rectangular, circular, annular, donut shape), we are able to design and produce your own solution.
