Prosilicones64 offers you the manufacture of all kinds of compression molded parts in silicone, viton, FKM and other rubbers, from a drawing and/or samples. We also have insert overmolding solutions. The silicone mixtures used for molding are totally or partially made in our mixing workshop. Several parameters can be adapted: Hardness - 20 to 90ºSH A Color - Standard range available, possibility of customizing RAL with a countertype. Platinum or peroxide catalysis, depending on quality and regulatory requirements Specific characteristics: high temperature, low temperature, tear resistance, oil, radiopaque, antistatic...
