Portable chamfering machine SM8

The air-powered SM8 mini-beveler is a very sturdy, reliable and portable weld-end preparation tool. It performs repeatable high quality weld preps on most metal pipes and tubes, including carbon and stainless steel, duplex and super duplex, inconel etc. The cutting head will bevel and face individually or in a synchronized operation. The SM8 is easy to install on all pipes and completely torque accepting (doesn’t require holding). The PROTEM SM8 unit requires only 17.5 mm (0.6889”) minimum clearance from the centerline of the pipe, thereby allowing precise machining in restricted working areas.
