The US30CH Tube beveling Machine is a powerful, rugged, reliable and versatile portable beveling and facing machine. The machining capacity of the US30CH is Ø int. 32 mm (1.260 ") to max outside diameter 168 mm (6.614") with built-in force recovery system. The US30CH machine allows automatic preparation of perfect quality welding on all materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, various alloys such as duplex, super duplex, nickel-copper alloys, Inconel, P91, aluminum. Versatile tool tray that can integrate up to 4 cutting tools: it is possible to carry out four machining operations simultaneously or individually. Tools can be changed and adjusted very quickly. It is also possible to use carbide inserts. Beveling, dressing, counterboring, elimination of weld seams, lengthening of heat exchanger tubes.
