The US30 portable pipe bevelling tool is the most powerful, sturdy, reliable and flexible facing and beveling machine available in the world. The diameters handled by the US30 range from 1" to 4" ID (30-114 mm). Numerous tool bits can be attached to the standard tool plate, enabling four machining operations to be carried out simultaneously. These operations include counterboring, bevelling, OD chamfering, removal of weld joints on tube sheets, lengthening of tubes on tube sheets, compound beveling and facing. The US30 has an integrated drive motor and a self-accepting torque system. The robust device carries out repeatable and high-quality weld preparations on every variety of material, including iconel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex and P91.
