The US30 portable pipe bevelling machine is highly powerful, reliable, strong and versatile product in the world. It covers diameters in the range of 1" to 4" Id ( 30 -114mm). There are multiple tool bits in the standard tool plates allowing four machining operations together. These machining operations are facing, bevelling, counterboring, OD chamfering, compound bevelling and removing weld joints and lengthening of tubes. US30 has an integrated drive motor and auto adjusting torque system. The US30 is a strong machine which provides repeatable weld preparations on various materials including stainless steel , super duplex, inconel and P91 types. It is developed in accordance of the users and tested. The machining capacity is Id-30mm and OD- 114mm.
