The MF420 is a bench chamfering machine that is specifically designed for the cutting and bevelling of tubes possessing an outside diameter of 168mm to 406mm in a single operation. This machine produces bevel angles of 30° and 37.5° and is integrated with HSS tool bits. It is equipped with a tool holder plate that consists of 2 tool carriages. Delivering an automatic feed motion, the MF420 is operated electrically and is integrated with regulated speed and a fast operatable concentric clamping system as well. It is attached with a safety lid that possesses a stop-mechanism that protects the user from any harm. This bench chamfering machine is installed with a lubrification system.
