The PROTEM's US 150 series inside clamping bevelling machines offer high efficiency, durability and reliability, and are portable. They cover diameters from 5.9" to 20" ID (150 - 508 mm). The plate accepts multiple tool bits, offering four simultaneous machining operations, such as bevelling, facing, counterboring, compound bevelling, OD chamfering, weld joints removal, lengthening of tubes on tube sheets etc. They feature a self-accepting torque system, and built-in drive motor. These bevelling machines can operate on material like stainless steel duplex, super duplex, inconel, P91 etc. They have been completely tested, and guarantee a quality operation. They also feature diameter up to 610 mm (24") with the 24" kit, bevel forms of 30 and 37°30 bevel, J-bevel, compound bevel, or others on request, a 30 mm expansion (1.1"), 100 mm feed stroke (3.9"), cutting head gear drive, 7 to 10 RPM off-load speeds and 5 to 7 RPM nominal speeds.
