The automatic or fully automatic turret winder is suitable for continuous rewinding after the production line. It is used in nonwoven production lines such as spunlace, air through bonding, thermo bonded or textile finishing processes. The great advantage of the turret winder of the AutoWoven series are the different cross-cutting and feeding systems. These allow the automatic cross-cutting and feeding of the material to a new core with or without the use of adhesive tape or glue. In addition, the AutoWoven series is predestined for the inline production of cut or ready-made rolls. For this reason, manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic length slitting systems are available. A special winding shaft holder enables rewinding on 3″ cores with relatively high roll weights.
