Description

PTM mechatronics launched its first electric gripper, and thus the first of its kind worldwide, in the year 2008. Therefore, until today, we are the technological pioneer in the field of intelligent electric gripping. Benefit from our long-term practical experience and constant research. Gripping force, opening and closing position and speed are individually programmable for every single work step. For the handling of individual objects, our grippers are available in three different sizes with strokes from 30mm to 100mm. The incomparably small-sized and lightweight small-part grippers either are controllable with binary codes via an analogue or bus interface. Special software or control is not needed. This makes the integration into your process or laboratory automation extremely simple and quick. Or the two finger parallel grippers are controlled with digital I/0 commands via a central PLC. For this, the grippers have an internal memory for the parameters gripping force, position and speed.
