The sliding firewall Angel Mir® doors are made of one or several leaves, depending on their use, hanged on an upper guide to perform a straight movement by means of a protected roller counterweight system which prevents the opening in case of fire.
The leaf is made of two galvanized steel sheets with a 0'8mm thickness, modulated every 1200 mm by the height of the leaf, leaving inside an internal chamber were there is a combination of thermal insulating materials, such as boards made of high density rock wool, calcium fiber-silicate planks and anti-ignition and expansion resins to avoid the entrance of flames and gas inside the joints, making the door fire resistant. The leaf presents a UPF metal outline at all the perimeter that closes the leaf.
