Description

Pre-lift doors are a type of vertically opening swing gate. They are also known as one-third doors , because of the two sections that make it up, joined together with hinges, the upper one is one third smaller than the lower one. The main use is in industrial buildings (ships, factories, etc.). Its operation is based on two leaves that fold when opened, controlled at all times by counterweights. They can be manufactured with a counterweight on one side or on both sides. At Secades doors we offer the possibility of customizing the doors . The configurations allow them to open outwards or inwards, depending on the availability of space for folding. There are models of various sizes depending on the space to be covered (rectangular), ranging from an industrial warehouse to the small garage of a villa. It can be activated by a motor or manually. It has an opening system using counterweights composed of two leaves (1/3-2/3) with different finishes and qualities. Doors of this class offer specific solutions for any industrial context, without sacrificing the practical operation or aesthetic value of the door, and in compliance with European safety certifications. Monitoring and automation Pre-lift doors are fitted with spring-loaded or pulley-operated sliding mechanisms. These sophisticated and robust systems offer precise, fluid and easy-to-use operation even for the largest door types. Like all industrial doors, these types of doors can be manufactured manually or automatically. Configure your door with Secades Contact Secades and we will design the ideal door project for your garage.
