The IMP range of level sensors feature a combined transducer and controller in one self-contained unit. All IMP units from Pulsar Measurement are non-contacting, accurate, and reliable level measurement units. The IMP level sensors do not come into contact with the process, therefore there is no need to shut down or interrupt operations. Featuring specially designed digital echo processing technology, the IMP level measurement units provide simple, accurate, and reliable level measurement on their onboard LCD displays.
The IMP I.S. level sensor is certified to ATEX standard EEx ia IIC T4 and IECEx, and is available with wetted parts in PVDF, making it ideal for measuring in corrosive or aggressive applications. Available in three measurement sizes from 3 m to 10 m (9.8 ft to 32.8 ft) the unit is simple and straightforward to set up using the onboard keypad and menu-led programming system.
