PVA’s PCTP Pneumatic Cartridge Pump operates by flowing material directly from disposable plastic cartridges via a pneumatic linear drive. PCTP has no moving components or seals, eliminating the risk of wear. It’s also equipped with easily replaceable cartridges, making it the optimal low maintenance solution. Pneumatic cartridge drives on the PCTP eliminate the risk of entrapping compressed air in the cartridge, making it an ideal choice for moisture-sensitive materials. The pneumatic cylinder diameter allows for a 1.5x increase in fluid pressure from applied air pressure. Configurations are available for both 20 and 32 oz. cartridges.
