Sampling
The sample is analysed by reflection measurements in petri cups, which are rotating during analysis. Rotating the sample will ensure representative sampling and that effects from product heterogeneity are reduced.
The petri cup is made from Teflon and can easily be brought to the churn in the production area, where there is a ban on glass and plastic. After the analysis the petri cup can be cleaned and re-used many times.
