HPHT Differential Sticking Tester is a kind of simulative and multifunctional experiment and testing instrument. This instrument can measure the filtration loss of drilling fluid under normal temperature with medium pressure (0.7MPa) and normal temperature with high pressure (3.5MPa), and the adhesion performance of filter cake. It can also test the filtration loss of drilling fluid samples under high temperature (~ 170℃)with high pressure (3.5MPa).
The instrument is mainly composed of bracket, mud cup, tee, pressure cylinder, receiver, etc.
The instrument has the characteristics of reasonable structure, convenient operation, strong flexibility, high precision, small repetition error and accurate test data.
The instrument works with parameters determined by simulating the actual situation of deep well operation. It heats the drilling fluid through the heating jacket and keeps it constant at a certain required temperature. The QG80A manifold provides stable pressure to the drilling fluid to obtain its filtration amount and filter cake formed after filtration. If the measured temperature is higher than 90℃, in order to prevent evaporation of liquid, a back pressure device is adopted, and the pressure is kept constant at 0.7MPa according to the (API) standard test procedure to recover the filtrate. Then automatically press down the adhesive disk to make it stick to the filter cake, and measure its adhesion coefficient (at normal temperature or high temperature) with a torque meter.
