Description

Digital display pressurized fluid densitometer is a special instrument mainly used for measuring the density of drilling fluid and other liquid material, composed of mainframe, material cup and pressurizer. The data is collected by sensors, processed by CPU, material density is displayed in display panel. The instrument pour drilling fluid into a fixed volume material cup under pressurized conditions, Minimize the influence of measurement for drilling fluid density once the fluid is mixed air or other gases. After pressurizing the material cup, the volume of any entrained gas can be compressed to a negligible degree. The measured density result is closer to the value under the well bottom condition, and more accurate compared with the conventional densitometer. The data is collected by pressure sensors,processed by high-precision intelligent display controller. The LCD will directly display the density of material.
