The quadruple high temperature and high pressure filtration instrument is used to
simulate the filtration amount of drilling fluid and cement slurry under the
condition of deep well (high temperature and high pressure), and can prepare the
filter cake formed after filtration under the condition of high temperature and high
pressure.
The instrument is composed of main body (base, frame and heating system), tee,
drilling fluid cup, high-pressure filtrate receiver, electrical box, pipeline system
and qg-80 pressurized manifold.
The instrument can measure multiple drilling fluid samples at the same time or a
single drilling fluid sample, and the test efficiency is high.
Working principle
Inject the quantitative drilling fluid sample into the drilling fluid cup. After sealing,
put the drilling fluid cup into the heater and heat it. At the same time,
quantitatively inflate and pressurize the drilling fluid cup through the
pressurization manifold. Under certain temperature and pressure conditions, make
the sample bear pressure and pass through the filter paper of the filter screen in the
drilling fluid cup to produce filtrate. Measure the volume of filtrate and then
evaluate the filtration performance of drilling fluid.
