Differential Sticking Tester in model NF-2 is a simulative test and analysis instrument, which is mainly used to monitor the friction coefficient between drilling tools and borehole drilling fluid in deep wells, so as to treat drilling fluid in time, improve its lubrication performance and prevent sticking accidents. The QG80 manifold provides stable pressure to the drilling fluid to obtain the filtration and the filter cake formed after filtration, then presses down the adhesion disk to make it stick with the filter cake, and measures its adhesion coefficient (at normal temperature) with a torque meter.
