Description

The lubricator is used to measure the lubrication quality of drilling fluid and provide data for evaluating the type and quantity of lubricating additives that may be needed, to provide accurate and reliable data for fast, safe and effective drilling. Its main components are all imported from America, and its performance index is consistent with American "OFI" lubricator. The instrument is mainly composed of main body, main shaft, shield, supporting plate, sample cup and torque meter. The instrument test data is displayed digitally, has the characteristics of stepless speed change, compact structure, high test precision and convenient operation. This instrument is mainly used to measure the torque force of the lubricating friction block pressing on the test ring through a torque wrench, so that the friction block and the test ring can move relatively at a certain speed (that is, the test ring rotates at a specified speed of R/min), and the required power (test the current on a certain resistance, and then convert to rate) can determine the torque force F, and then use the calculation formula of friction coefficient μ=F/W to calculate the friction coefficient μ.
