Drilling fluid lubricity analyzer is a special instrument for evaluating the lubricity of drilling fluid, which can quantitatively analyze and objectively evaluate the lubricity of different drilling fluids with lubricants (liquid or solid) under the simulated drilling dynamic conditions; It can also measure the lubricity for mud cake and drilling fluid under API filtration condition. The mud cake is produced by the pressure difference between the vacuum pump and the core sealed at both ends when the drilling fluid circulates. Under the action of lateral force, the torque change of the lubricant is studied to evaluate the lubricity of the drilling fluid.
