ZR-1002 mask particle protection effect detector is to place a national standard head mold in a 500L self-cleaning inspection cabin and wear the mask to be inspected on the head mold. Through the occurrence of salt aerosol with a mass median diameter of (0.6 ± 0.050) μm, the occurrence concentration of 20mg/m3 and the mass median diameter of (0.3 ± 0.050) μm, the occurrence concentration of 20mg/m3 of oil aerosol is input into the self-cleaning inspection cabin.The head model was used to simulate respiration with sinusoidal curve, and the concentrations of salt aerosol and oil aerosol before and after the mask were measured by the upstream and downstream photometer to evaluate the protective effect of the mask particles. The mask to be tested can be worn on the national standard head mould to automatically detect the respiratory resistance. It is applicable to the detection of the protective effect of masks, filter materials and other particulate matters by medical equipment inspection institute, disease prevention and control center, hospital, high efficiency filter manufacturer, mask R & D and manufacturer.
