RTP pipes mainly consist of three layers. Inner layer is made of thermal plastic materials, such as PE80,PE100,PA,PE-RTⅡand PVDF. Middle layer is made of enforced materials, such as aramid fiber, polyester fiber, glass fiber, and steel wire, staggered winding at a certain angle. Outside protective layer is usually anti-aging and anti-UV HDPE layer
RTP pipeline has good flexibility and high pressure bearing capacity. It can be coiled and laid fast for long distance without joint. The pipes are mainly used for oil,natural gas, high pressure water and special fluid transportation. Pipes could be connected to each other by reinforced electric fusing bush or buttress type joint. Pipe is connected to equipment by buttress joint or reinforced electric fusing joint flange which could be suitable for flange, thread and other connection forms. Generally, RTP pipes can be used at temperature of -42℃~65℃and at pressure<10 MPa. By using special treated heat-resistance material, it could bear temperature up to 120℃and pressure up to 32Mpa.

RTP pipe is suitable for crude oil, refined oil, water and chemical transportation. It is especially suitable for transmission of high sulfur medium such as oil, natural gas and water, gathering and transportation pipeline, terminal oil product transmission pipeline and oilfield emergency treatment transmission pipeline.
