Under different flow rate、pressure、temperature、decomposition rate of natural gas hydrate, the device can simulate the influence by phase change to polyphasic-flow regime, and obtain the transfer mechanism of polyphasic -flow regime.
The device includes high pressure annulus air-water two phases flow、low temperature heat transfer and low pressure air-water two phases flow, mainly includes wellbore model、filling system、output system、measurement and control system and so on.
Low pressure air-water two phases flow is mounted on a horizontal support and has a visual pipe section. high pressure annulus air-water two phases flow、low temperature heat transfer are mounted on a vertical support.
Measurement and control system includes gauges such as temperature、pressure、diff press、flow、liquid level、voidage and so on. Control system adopts PLC to control the whole system.
