After the calendering, the glazing layer is gradually cooled to form a bright surface layer. The calender belt is a specially treated stainless steel ring steel belt. There are multiple sets of far-infrared heating sources inside the hot-pressing roller to provide the heat required for calendering. Most of the pressure of the pressure roller adopts an electro-hydraulic pressure regulating system, which can accurately meet the requirements of the pressure in the calender. The calendering speed can be controlled by a speed-regulating drive motor or a slip motor.
