Single layer felt

Description 　　According to the inner braiding structure of the bottom net and the material of the wool layer，the single layer press felt can have BOM-0，BOM-1, BOM-A，BOM-B and BOM-H (Chemical treatment) series. With suitable design, these felt can be fit for linear pressure up to 100KN/M, MD elongation less than 1%，Broken strength more than 2000n/cm and can reach 600m/min under the GSM range from 700-900GSM. Single layer BOM felt has good water permeability, strong strength, easy cleaning and long service life. After chemical treatment，the felt have the property of anti-pollution, anti - fuzz, good dewatering and wear-resisting. This series felts is very good of middle speed paper machine in all kinds of paper.
