HIGH SPEED, SINGLE BATTS STACKER The CHS2 is a small footprint machine that stacks each batt individually in a separate chamber. The number of stacking chambers is equal to the maximum number of lanes produced on the line. Each chamber adjusts to the current product dimension. The high-speed, rotary receiving arms enable the high capacity, and ensure that each layer is forced down onto the fast-growing product stack. Intermediate stacking flaps take over when the elevator moves down to discharge complete product stacks.
