FULL PACKING OF FINISHED ROLL PRODUCT The Qubiqa Roll Packer packs your roll product in film. A continuous sheet of film is folded around the roll as the rolls travel forward. A hot air weld at the bottom creates a closed tube. A cross directional weld bar with cutting knife separates the rolls. Active suction and controlled forward movement ensures a tight fit at the roll ends. The system is prepared for considerable length and diameter variations, and the folding plates are designed to facilitate the product change. The film comes pre-folded to reduce the width of the film reel. The film rack holds two film reels for easy reel change.
