ROLL-UP PROCESS THAT IS EASY ON THE PRODUCT Conventional roll-up machines can be tough on the product. With a belt roll-up machine you achieve a gentle start of the roll-up process, and instead of just a few points of contact, the entire surface of your product is supported during the roll-up cycle. The product follows the natural curve of the belt loop throughout the cycle, and the product’s surface follows the rubber belt with no speed difference and potential shear. The servo controlled belt loop ensures an accurate roll-up process with an even compression ratio for all layers in the roll. The machine is fitted with a dynamic pre-compression unit that moves throughout the roll-up process. It moves backwards to make room as the roll diameter increases. The machine is supplied with automatic film feed and end shrinking.
