Automatic stacker CS30

The CS30 is the most recent and highest capacity member of the Qubiqa area stacker Family. It uses the same, proven vacuum suction system as our pre-stacker combined with the most recent controls and servo technology. In combination with a special flow accumulation conveyor, the stacker can reach 30 layers/min. The suction technology can handle very low-density as well as high-density products, ranging from 13 to 240 kg/m³. The physical impact of the stacking cycle on the product is minimal, and the close-to-zero drop height offers excellent stacking quality. The air exhaust of the suction system can be connected to the plant’s existing duct system.
