The Visual Pressure Checker or VPC developped by Quiri, allows to observe a drop in pressure of a gas spring, in relation to a setpoint pressure. The block is screwed onto the inflating port after removing the inflating valve.
The principle is simple: when the pressure exceeds 120 bar, the indicator is out and the green color pin is visible. When the pressure drops below 120 bar, the indicator begins to descend. It is fully retracted at 80 bar and only the red color is then visible.
This system allows to find quickly and easily if a gas spring is inflated at the right pressure. Economical and compact, it requires no hose connection or pressure gauge.
