Sludge and inerts mixing and inertization.
Twin shaft paddle mixers and ploughshare mixers.
The twin shaft paddle mixers (RMW) and the single shafts ploughshare mixers (RMM) are used in those installations where it is required to stabilize and inertize organic or contaminated material by adding and mixing/blending with powder or liquid additives.
Twin shaft paddle mixers are generally used where mixing and conveying are required. They are generally used for mid-low capacities. The retention time is quite long. Single shaft ploughshare mixers provide a more energic mixing and can handle higher capacities.
Uniform dispersion of the additives into the material.
Variable retention time.
Suitable for sludge pastorization or inertization after a certain time at a certain temperature (RMW).
Continuous flow (no batches).
Possibility to use liquid additives.
The broad range allows to have a suitable unit for every application.
