This Machine consists of a two-level rotating turret that loads actuators from a queue and positions them over aerosol containers transferred from the transport conveyor. Shaped tooling and pneumatics push the actuators firmly onto the aerosol valves. The turret transfers the aerosol containers back onto the transport conveyor. A button elevator loads the buttons from a hopper at floor level into a rotary button sorter in the top of the Machine. Sensors maintain a minimum / maximum button queue. Our button placer machines come complete with their own control panel and operator interface unit.
