The RadiGen® range of EMC RF signal generators is designed for EMC immunity testing applications and provides fast (output level is set within 500 micro seconds) and accurate (no unwanted output glitches) EMC tests without the need of external modulation sources (internal AM/Pulse modulation). The RadiGen® is an accurate RF signal generator with a frequency error of less than 20 ppm and modulation accuracy better than 2 % and is delivered as a very compact, one slot, plug-in card designed to fit into the RadiCentre® modular and multifunctional EMC test system. The RadiGen® model RGN6000B (Full Band) has two SMA outputs and covers a frequency range from 9 kHz to 6 GHz. This signal generator is ideally for both conducted immunity test applications like IEC61000-4-6 (EMC) or ISO11452-4 (Automotive- BCI) as well as radiated immunity test applications like IEC61000-4-3 (EMC) or ISO11452-2 (Automotive-ALSE).
