The XYAC-Hammer system is designed for precise, multi-axis hammering applications, supporting both pneumatic and servo hammers. It offers automatic and manual scanning of hammering surfaces, then displays the scanned container shape in 3D to facilitate detailed adjustments. Operators can execute hammering designs in two rotational modes—around the X axis (bowl-like shapes) and around the Y axis (tray-like shapes)—to accommodate a wide range of curved surfaces and profiles.
Key features include the ability to adjust hammer strike distances in both directions, defining the spacing between each hammer strike and each row. Overlap can be automatically introduced at the beginning and end of each hammering pass, ensuring continuous coverage and professional-grade finishes. Additionally, users can target specific sections of the hammering routine by limiting start/end points or selecting custom sections of the container.
When paired with a Radonix PC-Smart 4A or Radonix PC-Pro LAN 4A controller, the system benefits from stable LAN-based communication, high-speed pulse outputs, and smooth S-curve motion. This integrated solution streamlines setup, boosts overall efficiency, and delivers consistent, high-quality results for even the most demanding hammering tasks.
